9/11 Victim Compensation Fund Attorneys Pitta & Baione LLP obtained an award totaling $1,950,900.00 for a 9/11 responder whose cancer was caused by exposure to WTC toxins at Ground Zero. The World Trade Center Health Program certified our client’s brain cancer as being related to 9/11. The 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund rightfully awarded lost earnings related to disability caused by brain cancer and secondary seizure disorder.

Pitta & Baione LLP applauds Special Master Rupa Bhattacharyya and the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund team for their dedication to victims of 9/11 toxins exposure.

Pitta & Baione LLP is a team of 9/11 attorneys dedicated to representing 9/11 victims and their families seeking benefits under the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act. For years, our attorneys fought to pass the Act through Congress – securing over $12 billion in funding for victims of 9/11 toxins exposure. Our 9/11 attorneys, led by Managing Partner Vincent F. Pitta, have obtained millions in compensation awards for victims of 9/11 toxins exposure. Former Staten Island Borough President James P. Molinaro and former Commissioner of the New York City Fire Department Salvatore J. Cassano serve as Senior Advisors to Pitta & Baione LLP.
