This is after LHI and MCA/Sedgewick (3rd party adminstrators for WTC) kept postponing health certification and taking no action for 17 months. This review is long overdue but couldn’t let the opportunity to share my deep gratitude for the amazing group of folks who helped us with our 911 claim pass by without acknowledging the wonderful service they have provided to us. I don’t live in NYC so my initial contact with Lian and Yichun were via email. I have dealt with a number of firms in the pass and I was very impressive with how prompt, responsive and dedicated they both were. Once we had a chance to meet face to face, they were very empathetic, understanding, caring and patience with us. They listen with empathy and caring that made me feel like I was talking to old friends. They carefully weight our options and explain the process of filing the claim and let us know their game plan as well as establish proper expectations. The entire process took a little over 2 years including probate. Every interaction thereafter have been prompt and responsive.
